CAPE COD VIEWFINDERS CAMERA CLUB APRIL EXHIBIT

- AT THE 204 CULTURAL CENTER
- 204 SISSON AVENUE, HARWICH CENTER
OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, April 4th, 5:00pm to 7:00pm
For the month of April, we have an exhibit at the 204 Sisson Cultural Center in Harwich Center. Images may be any size and any frame color. The theme is “Community.” Interpret this in any way - a location, group, abstraction, etc. We have a lot of wall space at this location to exhibit three images from each photographer.

NECCC SPRING COMPETITION RESULTS:

Several CCVF members received recognition in this interview competition considering of many camera clubs.

Three of our members received awards: Betsey Strum was awarded 3rd place in the Color Category for her image "Coast Guard Station Illumination" and Suz Karchmer received an Honor Award for "Sunflower and Flag Touch Hearts." In the Monochrome Category, Jim Walczak was awarded 3rd place for "Rolling Hills of the Palouse."

Special recognition to the NECCC Competion Coordinator Michael Karchmer. He has been wrangling his team of judges for almost a decade to select the best of CCVFCC to represent our club in the competitions. That would include 30 separate competitions involving the assessment of a thousand images.
